Provides general forms specifications, past usage information, previous order history, current information and space for changes and approvals.
All reorders are approved prior to production.
Location Cost Distribution
Tracks and allocates department or location costs and enables location budget forecasting.
Lists all withdrawals by locations for specification accounting period.
Inactive/Excessive Inventory
List all products that have not been withdrawn in a specified number of months to enable an action plan to move inactive inventory.
Combined Ordering Report
Groups all products in low stock condition and those within 25% of their reorder points of same-size forms that can be ordered in groups or combinations to reduce production costs.
