Definitely. It's called the Customer Needs Assessment
and with it you can get the answers you need to find the perfect eServices solution for your customers.
The Customer Needs Assessment document includes the following:
- An eServices narrative that helps explain the basic functions of our solutions and how they work.
- A questionnaire, which is a summary of the narrative that sales-people can use in collecting the information needed to develop pricing for eArchive or einvoice delivery solutions.
- An Excel spreadsheet, each box of which is tied to a box on the questionnaire so that every entry can result in a corresponding price quote.
CTP's Customer Needs Assessment also can create a history of all account transactions in a consolidated format creating a complete customer or client profile. This is especially useful should it ne necessary to turn the account over to a third party for collection.
