Yes. All invoice are sent as a single attachment and delivered directly to the person responsible for accounts
payable. Invoice received electronically can be paid electronically which reduced DSO and related expenses.
But most important is our optional Dispute Resolution Feature which supports managing potential errors by clicking on a disputed invoice line item directly from the online invoice. Your CTP Customer Sales Rep is then automatically alerted to investigate the dispute and offer a resolution, which is then sent to the originator who can act on it.
