Print Billing
We print, fold, insert and mail your invoices. Our software can automatically consolidate multiple invoices or statements as well as include your own inserts on a per-customer basis. Each envelope is generated from the print center nearest your customer to reduce mail delivery time, and we commingle first-class mail to reduce postal rates. As a core service, we offer the option of printing invoices and statements
using soy inks on recycled paper.
Electronic Billing
You can further reduce your DSO by taking advantage of our full-featured electronic capabilities. Statement/invoice replication, electronic delivery of statements/invoices, one-time payments, electronic triggering of recurring payments, and more.
Payment Processing
We have several online and automated payment products: credit card with real-time authorization, e-check, email reply delivery, phone and check, and we automatically handle disputed or reversed transactions.
For remittance processing, we recommend a National LockBox Network that simplifies payment collection, routing payments from multiple locations into one account.
Collections
We offer a flexible and complete collection service that starts early in the payment process. Our system alerts us before a particular customer turns into a collection problem, allowing us to reclaim potentially lost revenue before it becomes a problem and strengthening your relationship with that customer. If collection does become a problem, we handle that too. Our operators are trained to make custom scripted calls designed to gather information and speed collection, while maintaining goodwill. Each contact with your debtors are carefully scripted beforehand and pre-approved by you.
Electronic Document Archiving
Our secure digital archive eliminates the need for warehouse space to store massive amounts of paper or micro-fiche. You have access to all your documents online or we can provide you with CDs to your specs.
