Blended Receivable Solutions
We offer a complete cycle: print-and-mail delivery, electronic delivery, lockbox payments, online payments, collections and reporting.
Data Transfer
Your statement and invoices files are the key to the entire process. We work with you to determine the secure transfer protocol and file format that works the best for you.
Delivery
For print, we can automatically direct each invoice to the print center nearest your customer. We can even automatically consolidate multiple invoices or statements as well as add inserts selectively. For electronic delivery, we email each invoice or statement, either as a PDF attachment or as a link for payment.
Remittance and Payment Processing
We can integrate with your existing Lockbox or we can create one for you. We support browser-based, email and telephone payments and can accept many different types of payments, including credit card and echeck.
For payment processing, we offer a complete EBPP process and can even go so far as to set up an automated voice system for you. As we receive payments, we reconcile card discounts and network fees for you automatically, and can format the resulting A/R files any way you would like for uploading into your A/R system.
